Authentic Home & Living is built on trust, respect, and accountability. Both Parties agree to communicate honestly, work cooperatively, and act in good faith throughout the entire design process.

To keep the project moving smoothly, all design deliverables—such as selections, visuals, and itemized pricing—are provided once the applicable design fee has been paid, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing. This ensures clarity, fairness, and alignment for both Parties.

Each Party will make reasonable efforts to support the intent and purpose of this Agreement and avoid any actions—or lack of action—that would intentionally limit or undermine the rights, benefits, trust, or reasonable expectations of the between Parties.

If any questions or concerns arise, both Parties agree to discuss them openly and attempt to resolve them together before considering any formal steps.

This is a reminder to stay honest, transparent, and accountable in how we communicate and work together throughout our partnership.
